Deborah Abela is an Australian author of children's books, most notably the Max Remy, Super Spy series, Grimsdon and Teresa – A New Australian. She was born in Sydney, Australia, and has been writing for 15 years. Deborah Abela is a trained teacher and has been speaking in schools and festivals here and around the world for 20 years! She LOVES getting children excited about books, reading and writing their own stories.
